Why not trying a non age statement as peated whiskys do not need long aging. The barley comes from scottland.

Nose: Easy peat, nearly non existent, very fruity, has a lot of original smell of new make. Perhaps a smell of soap perfume
Palate: Sweet in the mouth and strong.
Finish: Is fast, clean and does not leave a lot behind.

With a teaspoon of water
Nose: Not big change but less of all
Palate: A little easier, but also here no big change
Finish: A little more. For one who wants to begin with peat that is an entry point.
